Not exactly sure if this is even near a town. The sign at the rest stop said that this is the area where W.H. Abrams first started drilling for oil in the Permian Basin. Now the Permian Basin seems to be decorated with as many high tech wind mills as there are oil pump jacks. Almost. I'm going to go watch "Giant" again.
