Three sunflowers standing tall in the midst of a brilliant sunset on the Eastern Plains of Colorado. These sunflowers truly justify their name with their vibrant glow. Soon, the sun will set, the flowers will droop like the others and the world will transition to night.
I took this on my grandparent's land and it's always a place that I can go to find peace. These are my surroundings.

A very well composed image. The tilted landscape and the perspective of the road on the left both have great composite values but for me the suns rays become so much more dynamic in terms of visual impact and back lighting for the transluscent petals. I think even the wind generators add a wonderful contrast to the landscape as well.
Great tones especially in the mid-dark range. -
