Thank you all for the kind comments. The image was a 10 minute exposure at 1000 iso. I use a red pen light to see the camera between shots and set the focus to infinity on manual focus. I took a lot of shots of the same scene to get what I wanted. I also took a cubic QTVR made from 9 images at 1 minute each and 2000 iso, it can be seen below. Click and drag to tour around.
