The chipmunk
Is a tiny shrimp
But doesn't skimp
On Sunflower Seeds.
She is not a slouch
When she feeds
Her young ones...
She stores her pouch,
With tons and tons
Of sunflower seeds.
Her goal techniques
Are to fill her cheeks
Until they become full
To the brim of her soul.

eating...but she is adorable regardless of her appetite:)

Look at those cheeks!! Somehow, I enjoy these little chipmunks but am vexed and irritated by the squirrels! I had 8 at one time in my yard today. Yikes!

Thank you all so much...Litz, I shot the picture through the window and it
was a lucky shot...I was experimenting with one of my old lens from off my Nikon FE2 film camera ... I used it on my Nikon D40X and it worked like a charm...However, it will only allow me to use manual focus and it is rather limited but I was impressed with the sharpness, nevertheless. -
