Wow, I love this pic, wht is this park about? I could go in my next visit to Paris ;D

The place where the park is used to be a car factory (hence the name). It's meant to be "avant-garde", and has series of small gardens (eg Japanese Garden, Red Garden, etc.). It's in the 15th district, next to the river.
