    Complexly haunted; great textures--including that light smudge of tree on the right. Windows at the end give a grounding symmetry.

    But, there has to be a reason why. You have steel-reinforced concrete here and no obvious reason for the demolition (unless they are rewiring the building for the Internet, in which case they have gone a bit overboard). I am thinking residual war damage. It has been 55 years, but these construction techniques had been in use well before then. Haunting image. I agree with everyone above.
