I know it's not obvious, but this photo is at the top of a staircase in an old house, and the wrought ironwork is the railings. I have no idea why the window is where it is, and why it's that shape. The whole thing looked so interesting that I just had to photograph it. I was standing in the doorway of the bathroom to get this shot.
