We were standing deep in a tropical jungle in the pouring rain. And, just as I was about to comment that only fools or lunatics like us could find reason to be there, I glanced down a nearby trail, and ate my words. Add, people gathering food to the list......Even when you try, you are rarely alone.

The "mottled" effect was purely accidental ! When it wasn't pouring down rain, steam filled the air because the humidity was so high. I was afraid that I had ruined the camera I was using because it quit working twice because of rain and humidity. I think the effect was from a dirty lens. I did save the camera! I found that if you put them in a refrigerator for 10-12 hours, it will thoroughly dry them out!
