The light comming from the left is an off-camera flash inside a shoebox with a top replaced with a white paper (A4). The light from the right is an old slide projector. Not much PS work was done. Only a bit of cloning on her chin because the lens on a projector was dirty. And a small amount of color management to make sure yellow did not print out green.
