Wrennie was very busy today bringing back one bug after another for the babies in the nest. He was quite put out at my presence. And while these wrens usually sing like opera stars.. they can make the most unusual and noisy buzzing sound to scold you if you are too near the nest.

    If you think about it, these little birds have to work very hard to feed their children. They are great parents and one never hears them complain.
