Q: I am really into my wildlife photography but cannot afford a super zoom lens, I have a 300mm and am considering a teleconvertor. Has anybody had a experience with these and would you recommend them?

A: Do you know?

Travis is an interesting character. He's a makeup artist that mainly does special effects makeup for films. He's sweet, funny, and cute...but, interestingly, he worships the devil. Seriously, and I have no judgment at all of it. He explained the roots of the religion being West Caribbean based and how he connected deeply with it. I asked him to makeup his face in a representation of the feelings and emotions around his religious beliefs. His look is arresting and at the same time visually interesting how he used color. The makeup also accents the pores and hair making the photo more noticeably sharp and crisp. There is a series of images with Travis on my Flickr (http://www.flickr.com/photos/jeffkingla/sets/72157624466450566/)
