Warren....no tripod, just hand held, and I moved the camera with the rider while pressing the shutter button

great shot S..I used to raqce those contraptions..criteriums are usually quite fast and dangerous indeed...for those not familiar with terminology, a criterium is a race of 'laps' around a certian area..like a city block or two...Great shot...
