I've been looking at this shot for some time now, and after going through the archives as I load all my 70,000 files into Aperture, I've finally decided to show this one off.
I took this shot on a night where lots of miscommunications were going on between myself and the photographers I was meeting up with, and so in the midst of the confusion I decided to stop and shoot this area on my way through the city.
The day had a nice rainstorm pass through and it was a warm evening. I soaked in the ambience of the night. Sometimes things just fall into your lap when you have your camera on you.
