a part of Ditse's saga that I remember was a box of cigarettes that she kept in her store.
I used to lived with her early on my college days. There was a neighbor who buys Philip Morris cigarette regularly. Ditse kept a box even though he was the only one who buys that brand. (You have to understand, that was when cigarette was still an acceptable vice.)
so many memories and I can go on and on.

I do remember when cigarettes were acceptable....I even smoked in my office!!!!!!! :~O. Thank goodness times have changed, and thank goodness memories never will!

Times have really changed...When my husband used to smoke in his younger day he would pay 90 cents for a carton, overseas when he was in the army...Now I hear cigarettes run about $65 for a carton....I am so glad I never picked up the habit of smoking...My only addiction is JPG:)) Great entry Litz and I am back to vote.

Yep, i recall my Dad used to have a tin of smoking pipes. He would chose the one he wanted then puff on it with a bottle of fine Port - :) Great image for the theme LG - :)
