Q: I am really into my wildlife photography but cannot afford a super zoom lens, I have a 300mm and am considering a teleconvertor. Has anybody had a experience with these and would you recommend them?

A: Do you know?

Each night on my kitchen window at our farmhouse, the geckos prowl. If you look closely, you can see the bug in his tummy!

This photo reminds me of an old Dutch Still Life. They liked to include reality in their paintings...a dead flower, bugs, etc. So, this photo has it all...a dying flower, a lizard, and a bug in the lizard's tummy! Oh, and of course, some beautiful flowers.

Thank you all for the feedback! I wish we had luna moths here. Do any of you have those on your screens at night? They are just surreal.
