Otherwise known as "La Pedrera," Antoni GaudÃ's communal housing project was unfavourably compared to a Quarry Face when first constructed because, as history proves, those who made fun of new ideas were always right.
The rooftop seen here is one of the most imposing spectacles in the Barcelona skyline with these most surreal edifices acting as chimney vents. Also this shot unwittingly became an homage to one of the most famous album covers of all time.
