I very much like the evocative mood and atmosphere of this image in particular of the series of similar images.
I think for me it equates a sense of mindful nostalgia, in seeing this image I think of and I am somewhat reminded of moments from my childhood. Perhaps what is strange in that relativity, is that those remembrances are not religious memories. I remember old school buildings, town halls, supposedly haunted houses and to a certain extent hopes and dreams.
I like the concept behind the project and I think its a marvelous detour with some promising roadside scenery.... -
