I had the privilige of have a very nice philosophical conversation with this man last Saturday. I knew I had to take his photo as soon as I saw him.
I asked for his permission to take his picture and he, in return asked, "Are you from the newspaper?" I said, "No, I am a photographer." He replied, "Ok then, because I don't want them to know I am in town." LOL He was joking of course. We, fellow life philosophers, shared our often abstract concepts about life and its' meaning. A totally enjoyable conversation for sure.
Later, I asked someone if they knew him and they said," Oh you mean the Wizard." They smiled and it seems he is affectionately known around town by that name. It was an honor meeting him.

Excellent portrait, Warren. If he had asked me what I was, I would have said, "a drifter." Haven't dared to call myself a "photographer"! LOL. Great shot.
