It was high noon and while seeing this actual reflection in the glass of a Bank I had to shoot this.
I did however have to get my positioning just right to get the full
actual distortion. I then added blue in Photoshop to give it some punch and to balance out with the blue sky.

Now this is a fun photo! The blue tint adds more than just color. It makes for great eye appeal.

The crisp black lines really set off the distortion. The blue gives in a posterized effect and lots of punch as you said. It would be interesting to me however to see it without the blue also. If you ever upload that, please send me a message.
