I saw this the second I got out of my car. I took out a three-foot step stool out of my trunk to get the exact angle showing the row of buildings across the street. The lighting was just right too. Although the title says a time to reflect, you wouldn't want to reflect too long otherwise you'll get a hefty ticket and then you'll be reflecting on that!
