Self portrait in Roraima

Went on a six day hike to the top of Roraima, which is the highest of the tepuys in Venezuela. This is on the top at sunset, the fourth day. We were lucky to get clear weather, and it was just beautiful.

Roraima means "the great blue-green" in native Pemón and it is called the "mother of all waters". In the background is Mata-wi tepuy or Kukenan, as it is also known...
