Mr. Primitivo Neves Perez lives in Mejillones, a little town in the middle of the Atacama desert, Chile. A former police man, football player and railway worker for 45 years. When the railway close, Mr.
Primitivo becomes a newspaper seller, but all the people in Mejillones town knows him because the toys. Mr. Primitivo loves children and he is obsess with give a toy to every child in town. He fills up his
little kiosko, in the main street of Mejillones, with
hundred of little toys and he is proud to put a smile in every single kid that ask for a toy.
