Q: I am really into my wildlife photography but cannot afford a super zoom lens, I have a 300mm and am considering a teleconvertor. Has anybody had a experience with these and would you recommend them?

A: Do you know?

Listening to an accordion musician on Workman's Bridge in Paris, I turned to see a newly married couple posing for photographs. It was mid-week, and Parisians were going about their business as if this is something they see all the time. I learned that it is quite common for Asian couples to wed on the bridges, then have lavish parties that last for days. It seems a strange juxtaposition of something sacred and common.
