Aesthetically it looks like a film image with its muted transitional gamut of colours. Theres an impression of a zoom burst too that I like, though I'm not sure is purposeful or purely illusional given the fragmented appearance of the water drops[?]
Kind of retro cinematography.... a screen-shot? -
