  Thanks Debby! Real Deal. The dark areas are shadows of the legs of the piano and the piano stool. The rainbow effect is produced by the lacquer surface, and the diagonal highlights..I don't remember exactly what produced them. I did do a bit of photoshop work to allow the wood grain and lines to be visible in the shadow zones.
