Here is a shot of Andy Glandt the banjo player from Germany whom I met and hug out with quite a bit at my Father's Miles of Memories Country Music Festival in Hastings Nebraska.
Andy is a soft spoken, kind and gentle individual who has overcome the longest odds growing up behind the Iron Curtain, finding a banjo (something next to impossible given the circumstances) and teaching himself how to play the banjo. Andy can sing in 6 different languages, English, German, Russian, French, Spanish and Bulgarian.
