This is called freshwater puffer fish seen in India. People do not eat this fish neither they send back to water while catching fish. Such a wonderful fish and having the same life like us...and says….. Leave me… I want to live more….

I didn't know there was a freshwater puffer fish. Cute little thing. If you don't know how to clean them, they will kill you if you eat them. My mother knew the secret for the saltwater "blowfish" in New Jersey and they are delicious.

This is the smallest puffer in the World....the tiny puffer, Tetraodon travencoricus. When it takes out of water it puffs like a baloon. Very hardy fish but can not keep other fishes in aquariums......
