There's probably few things worse in this world than losing a child. I'm so glad I've never experienced it.
But that's what I was trying to capture with this shot. I was thinking how could I do a simple self portrait and add an element that could profoundly change the scene. Standing in my daughter's pink walled, toy filled room holding a stuffed animal takes a nice 180 with the b&w, defeated posture and title.

There is nothing worse more then loosing a child.
That's being alienated from his biological family father grandparents by well organised criminals working in the family court industry.
So dear Mike don't practice in this this feeling just practice in the well being and love for your daughter/family and count the blessings you have to see your children everyday.
I haven't seen or spoken to my son for almost a year now with cooperation of so called "old fashioned NAZI practices now overwhelming our western society."
The allied forces defeated NAzi Germany but forget to reform the juridicial system!!!!!
Germany is still using law's made in that horrible timeperiode.
The only evolution which took place are the names which changed (Lebensborn now called patchwork family)the adresses are still the same. -

Death is all around us and we hide from it. We hope against it and yet it always wins. There is no pain as deep as the loss of child. This image saddens me, so Mike I think you captured it. Great photo
