This is the water fall in the Japanese Tea Gardens in SF. The exposure was for 4 seconds durning mid day. I used 2 ND filters and 2 polorizing filters, to get the long exposure. It feels kind of strange, not sure why, but I like it.

Ya, I can't seem to get a picture that really brings across the feeling of the place. This is close, but I always know I can take a better one. Probably because the place keeps changing
