I photographed this late summer concert in August in Connecticut. K.C. And The Sunshine Band were singing their oldies but goodies when I got this shot of one of his dancers doing a split. Just seeing it induces pain. She travels with K.C. and the band and is from Palermo Italy which is where I was born. I talked with her for about 15 minutes and then talked with K.C. who was kind enough to give me an autograph in his trailer. I always make sure I get the main artist
but I always look out for moments like this one. I took about 4 shots and her leg came down so
quickly and the moment was gone. I love the split of course and the expression on her face in addition to her great looking abs. Gentlemen, "Eat your heart out!" I hope you like this shot because I sure do! Michael Asaro photo

To hold the leg for longer is almost impossible, only ballerinas do that, dancers are driven by the gravity of the music, so I would much appreciate the shot of this superb dancer in motion!
