I just bought this toy for my kids dog Gracie, a Pug. I was having so much fun throwing the racoon back and forth so I decided to make an image. I shot wide open. I love the summer light setting, just enough to give highlight to the dog and catchlights in the eyes. I darkened the background a bit so there is more separation to the image. I also added a very fine texture to the photo in post-production because now it's on the family wall. After all, our pets are our family too! Michael Asaro Photo

Thats ever so true, we love our animals, they become members of our family. I have cats, and the boy does what the dogs do, bringing the toys back to play more.

I would have framed it too, lovely picture!
