North of the hamlet of Roscoe, the Beaverkill Bridge is a wooden covered span over the Beaver Kill in the Catskill Mountain town of Rockland in Sullivan County, New York. Built in 1865, its unusual modification of an earlier 19th-century lattice truss design contributes to the structure's architectural interest. In 2007 the National Register of Historic Places listed this particular bridge, the only one of four covered bridges in county to receive the distinction.

An outstanding light and shadow composition! Love the B&W use here too.
