Inspired by JPG Member Richard Knight, I searched the Peace Memorial Park in Okinawa, Japan for his Uncle Sam's name engraved on a Memorial Wall.
Sixty-five years ago over 230,000 were killed in the Battle of Okinawa. That is more people killed than the number from the atomic bombs dropped on Nagasaki and Hiroshima combined.
