  lise, i hope i dont disappoint you: the birds you see here and are crows. on a few days each november they gather (hundreds of them) the later afternoons on the pretty huge meadow between central station and the federal chancellery. i like to sit down on my way back home from work and watch them. i must say i am in love to these intelligent? birds: they never would pick what you feed them (pigeons do) .. i tried! .. and i have quite often the impression they talk about ... me!

  peter, I'm not at all disappointed, although it exposes how little I know about birds! Crows are cool to watch to -- at least for those of us who have avoided Hitchcock's film...

  Tausend Dank, lieber Peter! (entschuldige, habe es gerade erst gesehen) ein ganz wunderbar arrangiertes Quadrat, ich mag es, wie die Häuser-Silhouette beschnitten ist und dieser einzigartige Grüntton das vergehende Sonnenlicht erahnen läßt (die Lichtpunkte harmonieren ganz ausgezeichnet mit diesem Grün) ...für mich ein exzellent surreales Foto, auch durch den kraftvollen und zugleich subtilen Farbkontrast!
