Our thoughts are with the families who are waiting and hoping for the news that they desperatively want to hear....that there loved ones are still alive. From 17 years old to 62 years old, the men of the late shift are entombed underneath the harsh landscape of the West coast of the South Island. Different to the Chilean mine, this mine goes horizontal, 2 and a half kilometres underground. Two escaped with minor injuries and have been discharged from Hospital. But until the four clear air samples come back, no rescue can be undertaken. Please let it be very soon. Until then we pray for good news.

Thank you so much....knowing you are thinking of our Kiwis and their English, Aussie, and South African mates with them, makes the wrenching heartache ease. Bless you all.
