I shot this from the Camden, NJ side of the Delaware River. Camden is the second most dangerous city in the country. My friend, Chris, and I had such fun running around under the Ben Franklin Bridge shooting photos!
Chris also shot some video. This may be one of my best photos yet. I love it. Oh yes, that is center city Philadelphia in the distance.

    Bro, we lived in Philly from '58 to '61, and I remember when the toll on the Ben Franklin Bridge was FIVE CENTS. The locals were so incensed that they drove miles out of their way to cross on the Tacony-Palmyra Bridge, which was free. Go figure! Nice shot . . .
