This is my Alma Mater, Bridgeport High School, after demolition of the building began. I graduated in 1987, my sister in 1982, my brother in 1977, all from this very building.
Phil & Joe Niekro, along with John Havlicek, Bobby Douglas, Bill Jobko, and Johnny Blatnik all attended this very building for high school. And now it's nothing more than an empty lot.
