Inspired by Magritte's "Son of Man." In celebration of reaching the halfway point of my senbazuru project, (I am making 1000 paper cranes in exchange for a wish) I created this. The idea was to make a self-portrait where the cranes look like they are exploding from my body. Perhaps more accurately, it represents of how this project is taking over my life.
