I like this image - don't know that I sense the feeling of desperation...more sensual to me. Even the grabbing of the bedsheets feels like it's a sensual gesture...
Either way - it's a great image - the lighting is great. -

This shot says "Don't go" to me. Your expression says a great deal. The lighting, the mood, the composition are excellent. And you did this self portrait with a timer or remote... thats amazing. This is also a great example of being Beautiful and elegant and sexy at the same time.
