Seeing her abs in such extreme flexion, we can't help but feel how much focus and power is needed to perform such a hold.
What might be missed is how much pressure is placed on her left upper trapezius and should girdle in general. To me, this is a screaming example of the strength potential we all have, and I would hope the image inspires or at least awes anyone seeing it.

Its what I used to do as a gymnast, and later on as a dancer, I just love it!

Its all to do with strong arms, and stomach muscles, and the main is holding your breath to become lighter, air like in airplanes is very important in this sport!
