I do many silly things on a regular basis, but perhaps the silliest is to carry on drinking coffee when caffeine affects my essential tremor. I am a bit of a coffee addict even though it makes my hands shake more than normal. Luckily I have excellent image stabilisation lenses, but I have finally decided to give up the caffeine this year (again!). My hands feel better but I'm not enjoying the headaches.

Great shot. I quit coffee a couple of years ago. My energy level is more even as a result. hang in there, it's worth it!!
