Tony Cruz (Professional Cyclist) on the front leading out his team. Tony is known as a "domestique", a helper to his teammates. Several duties of his job include getting food/water for his teammates, giving up his bike to his team leader if the team leader has a flat or mechanical, and in this photo setting a fast pace in the last few laps of the race. Tony does his job well, he once worked for a guy named Lance.
