Q: I am really into my wildlife photography but cannot afford a super zoom lens, I have a 300mm and am considering a teleconvertor. Has anybody had a experience with these and would you recommend them?

A: Do you know?

Powerful use of color. Also interesting interplay of the LINE and the DOT, as compositional elements. And, your title indicates the "subliminal" sub-text, that of the delicate, tenuous balance of that red berry in those fragile twigs. Very nicely done. If I may say, respectfully, placing that berry dead-center in the picture frame diminishes and tends to cancel out the sense of tension mentioned above.
