The heart in this photo was made with the fabric of the models dress. It had thin, draped fabric hanging on the side and I laid it out in the form of a heart. I did not create the heart in a post-processing program. And the shot is from a recent Boudoir Bombshell photo shoot that I did with a client. I was very happy that what I'd imagined in my head worked out in real life for me. :o) I love this shot.
