The Eastern Columbia Building
The Eastern Columbia building opened in downtown Los Angeles as a retail space in 1930. It is a beautiful turqoise terra cotta building with gold leafing. The gold leafing on the top is open, and the sun was shining right through the building. It has just opened as a loft/penthouse space. Buy a place here and Johnny Depp and Nicolas Cage would be your neighbors. Taken with Brownie Hawkeye, 620 film. 200 ASA.
In the story The Brownie Hawkeye.

Reminds me of that famous painting by Georgia O'Keefe of the (I believe) Chrysler Building in NYC.
