This is a zoomed in portion of a baby blanket my aunt made me when I was born. 25 years later and I still use it, granted it doesnt cover that much of me anymore but its a memento from my childhood that I will never part with. I would carry it everywhere I went when I was little and I'm shocked its still in one piece. I wanted to show a zoomed in portion of the blanket to showcase the amount of detail that went into it entails.

A true treasure. Wonderfully captured. I just gave my daughter her baby blanket for her daughter. It was hard to let it go.

How well I remember these afghans. My mother and females in my family were always crocheting these. It is only now that I appreciate how much work went into these.
