Q: Why am I not given the option to nominate a person for member of the week?

A: Do you know?

RIP My sweet Sadie. This is the saddest day. My best friend couldn't fight her illness any longer. Last week she was doing so well, dieing was not an option. But this morning she took a turn for the worse and she died in my arms as we got her to the vet.

Sadie was not just any dog. She was different. She was with me everywhere I went. She went on all trips , ran errands and was in what ever room I was in all the time. She slept on my bed. She knew when I was sad, sick, tired... happy. Always putting her head on my lap. She had the softest hair and I aways seem to have my hand on her head rubbing her curls.

Everyone that knew her always said she was the best dog they had ever met. She has never growled or snapped at a child or adult. She didn't jump on people or lick too much. Once she came over and said hello to a visitor then she would go and lay down. She never really smelled like a dog...except for the occasional roll in a died animal. LOL . and she did not shed.

She was only 6 years old. Too young to have this terrible autoimmune hemolytic anemia disease. I should have had at least 6 more years with her. My Kids are devastated. They loved her so much too. I know it will be months before I stop looking for her around the house. Oh She will be missed.
