Rob and I spent two wonderful weeks in Hawaii for our honeymoon!! The first week was spent on Kauai, truth be told, I never wanted to leave that island. I was very glad that the second week was a 7 day cruise that stopped on several islands, including going back to Kauai!! However, that being said, as the ship got ready to pull into Maui, we woke up to the sight of a full rainbow so close to us that even with our shortest lense we could not fit the entire rainbow in one shot!! What an amazing sight. Please note that this picture is completly unedited, this is the raw file directly from my sd card!!!
The colors and lighting on these islands is so beautiful and so amazing it is hard to describe. The sky and the sea are so blue, and the forests and hills are so green. The vivid reds, yellows and pinks of the flowers are breathtaking.
