Stretching as far as I could past the "Do not cross" fence, holding on tightly to my camera, I discovered all of the random junk people have thrown from the top.

Interesrting perspective,but I would love to see the crowd waiting in line in focus and the tower out of fucus and I would have omited the butts and not so attractive black stuff. Hummmmmmmmmmmmmmm?
