This is the contraption (light blocker) I made to use with my point and shoot digital. This is the one I used for the Puff shot, and most of my TTV pics from 2006 and early 2007.

I just used cardboard, but you could use anything, even a t-shirt to block the light. The hardest part for me is to figure out the length to make them. You just have to figure out what height the camera has to be to focus. Then, just bring the photos into a photo editing program and rotate and crop them. Adjust colors, etc. and you're done.
